SML Chamber thanks sponsors, attendees for 2019 Expo

On behalf of the Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce and its more than 750 members, I would like to thank all who attended, participated in and sponsored the 16th Annual SML Business Expo on May 3.

This lively trade show, one of the area’s most popular annual events, allowed residents and visitors to connect with more than 100 business professionals in a wide variety of industries – all at the convenient SML YMCA.

Our sincerest thanks also goes out to the dedicated team of volunteers who, under the leadership of Chamber Event Manager Andrea Fansler, worked diligently to ensure the event went off without a hitch. Special recognition goes to the committee leaders, businesses, groups and organizations, including Jon Burger and Zach Wimmer, Sam Easter, Eric Fansler, Pete Phillips, Jamie and Jason Campbell (vendor support), Susie Pratt and Sandra Morse (door prize coordination), Donnie Shaver of SoundDawgs Production (sound, music and announcements), and the Smith Mountain Eagle (Expo layout).

Finally, the Chamber could not produce such amazing events and provide such value to the SML community without generous sponsors. Many thanks to our 2019 SML Business Expo sponsors:
