Franklin County High School went to the dogs on Nov. 26 during its Barks & Books event. Adoptable dogs from Franklin County Humane Society visited the school’s library during the students’ activity period. The event, sponsored by the Student Council Association’s freshman class, gave students a break from tests and a chance to play with, pet and feed treats to the pups.
