The Air Force JROTC instructors and cadets of Franklin County High School earned an overall unit assessment score of “Exceeds Standards” — the highest rating attainable — during their March 25 unit evaluation. Led by Lt. Col. William Rodman and Master Sgt. Selina Hamblin, students learn leadership and community outreach. “The Franklin County High School cadets performed well and took great pride in leading and accomplishing their unit goals,” Hamblin said.
