Opponents of the Mountain Valley Pipeline gathered with faith leaders and spiritual elders to take a moment of silence and pray for Gov. McAuliffe at noon near the regional DEQ office on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017. The protest was also a vigil for the victims of the two most recent hurricanes. Opponents hope that MVP would be denied a 401 water quality certification.
