Franklin County freshman basketball players Andrew Harris and Nick Guadarrama (See More Photos link) drive to the basket for points during Wednesday night’s 52-29 triumph over Halifax County’s boys’ freshman squad in a game played in South Boston. In pacing the Eagles to the wire-to-wire victory, Harris netted a game-best 18 points, while Guadarrama tallied 16. FCHS improves its record to 2-1 with its second straight victory.
