Hardy man indicted on involuntary manslaughter count

Staff Photo by Steven Marsh: The driver of this 2007 Mustang has been indicted for involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of a passenger, Brian White of Boones Mill. Joseph Tyler Rogers of Hardy was also indicted for reckless driving by a Franklin County grand jury Monday.
