A Callaway man faces up to 80 years in prison after pleading guilty Monday in Franklin County Circuit Court to two counts of illegally distributing prescription drugs.
Jason Hall, 33, illegally sold hydromorphone, a narcotic pain medication, on Oct. 13, 2013, and Nov. 1, 2013, according to Franklin County Commonwealth's Attorney Tim Allen.
The drug buys were arranged by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, Allen said. Both controlled drug purchases were made at Hall's residence.
Each charge carries a sentence of five to 40 years in prison.
A sentencing hearing for Hall is set for Sept. 25 at 3 p.m. in circuit court.
