Indictments include breaking and entering, theft and illegal drugs

Breaking and entering, theft and illegal drugs were among indictments returned Monday by a Franklin County grand jury.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt. It is a determination by jurors that enough evidence exists to warrant a trial.

Indictments returned by the grand jury:

•Keith Ray Bailey, possess ammonium nitrate, lithium and sodium hydroxide with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, its salts, isomers or salts of its isomers, May 26; and possess methamphetamine, May 26.

•Brittany Leigh Barlow, operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other self-administered intoxicants having been convicted previously on two or more occasions within the last 10 years, May 18; and refuse to permit a sample of blood or breath to be taken to determine the content of alcohol or drugs or both, May 18.

•Anthony Wade Corbin, take, steal and carry away a firearm, Jan. 2, 2013.

•Herman Edward Dooley Jr., attempt to obtain money having a value of $200 or more with intent to defraud, Sept. 27, 2013.

•Douglas Edward Duncan Jr., take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, May 15.

•David Glen Duncan, Jr., take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, May 15.

•Michelle Green, being over the age of 18, unlawfully and knowingly use or permit a minor to produce or reproduce an obscene item or items for purposes of distribution, May 16; and willfully contribute to, encourage or cause an act, omission or condition that rendered the minor child delinquent, in need of services, supervision or abused or neglected, May 16.

•Ronald Gene Holland, attempt to obtain Oxycodone by fraud, deceit, misrepresentation or subterfuge, March 25.

•Travis Dean Hood, take, steal and carry away a firearm, May 27; and take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, May 27.

•Kaylah Rose Kent, break and enter a dwelling house with the intent to commit larceny, Nov. 4, 2013; take, steal and carry away firearms, Nov. 4, 2013; and take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Nov. 4, 2013.

•Dana Elliott Lamonde, obtain a vehicle registration or other document issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles without having satisfied all legal and procedural requirements for the issuance thereof, or when otherwise not legally entitled thereto, Oct. 27, 2013.

•Christopher Omar Martin, without the intent to steal but with the intent to temporarily deprive the owner, did use a motor vehicle having a value in excess $200, Feb. 25.

•Lisa Midkiff Martin, possess Morphine, Jan. 11.

•Justin Anthony Malone, break and enter a building with the intent to commit larceny, March 28; and take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, March 28.

•Priscilla McKinney, break and enter a dwelling house with the intent to commit larceny, Feb. 1 to April 25; and take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Feb. 1 to April 25.

•Michelle Lee Ousley, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, June 9.

•Steve Clifton Pagans, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Feb. 4.

•Michelle Paige, possess methamphetamine, May 6.

•Julius Lewis Perdue, engage in sexual intercourse against the will of a child under the age of 18 at the time of the offense, by force threat or intimidation, between May 1, 2004 and May 31, 2004; sexually abuse a child over the age of 13 but under the age of 18, between May 1, 2004 and May 31, 2004; and being over the age of 18 and who maintained a custodial or supervisory relationship over a child under the age of 18, did propose to a child under the age of 18 to engage in sexual intercourse, between May 1, 2004 and May 31, 2004.

•Timothy Allan Pollack, take, steal and carry away a firearm, Jan. 2, 2013.

•Robert Wayne Rakes, two counts of distribute more than one-half ounce but less than five pounds of marijuana, April 8 and April 9; possess Fentanyl, April 9; possess a firearm after having been convicted of a felony more than 10 years ago, April 9; possess Methadone, April 25; and possess, with the intent to distribute, more than one-half ounce but less than five pounds of marijuana, April 25.

•Henry Eric Routon Jr., distribute methamphetamine, May 6; manufacture methamphetamine, its salts, isomers, or salts of its isomers, May 6; conspire with another to manufacture methamphetamine, May 6; possess two or more different precursors with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, methcathinone or amphetamine, May 6; and possess a firearm after having been convicted of a violent felony, May 6.

•Jessica Renea Sellers, while having been the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident in which a person was injured, fail to immediately stop as close to the scene of the accident as possible without obstructing traffic and fail to report her name, address, driver's license number and vehicle registration number forthwith to the State Police or a local law enforcement agency, or to the person struck and injured, March 24.

•David L. Tanks, possess a firearm after having been convicted of a violent felony, June 8; possess ammunition for a firearm after having been convicted of a violent felony, June 8.

•John David Vest, without the intent to steal but with the intent to temporarily deprive the owner, use a motor vehicle having a value in excess of $200, March 8.

•Walter Albert Williamson, possess cocaine, March 13.

•Keith Allen Wood, possess a firearm after having been convicted of a felony, April 20; and possess a "sawed off" shotgun, April 20.

•Cordarious Imanuel Wright, break and enter an occupied house with the intent to commit the misdemeanor of destruction of property therein, March 24; and injure and destroy property having some value, March 24.
