The Franklin County Relay for Life has been rescheduled for Friday, July 18 at Franklin County High School.
The original event, scheduled for Friday, June 20, was rained out.
The regular Relay is a 12-hour event, but the rescheduled event will be condensed into a few hours.
Although no bands are scheduled to play, the event will include the traditional Survivor Lap, Caregiver Lap, Road to Recovery Race, and luminary ceremony. Some children's activities will still be scheduled.
More details are being worked out for the rescheduled event, but the Relay will tentatively take place from 7 to 10 p.m. on the high school track field.
