|19 students awarded credential at commencement ceremony|

Individual Student Alternative Education Plan (ISAEP) certificates were awarded to 19 students last week at Franklin County High School's ISAEP commencement ceremony in Bonner Auditorium.
Parents, relatives, dignitaries and friends gathered to celebrate the graduation of the ISAEP Class of 2014.
The graduation address was given by Franklin County public schools retirees William Denny Robey and Chuck Hutto, who delivered inspiring messages challenging the graduates to "strive to be dependable in all your future endeavors."
Dr. Mark Church, school superintendent, was on hand to congratulate and confer certificates to those students who successfully completed the ISAEP program and earned their GED diplomas.
ISAEP Coordinator Joe Baraty honored graduate Abbagail Dawn Tilley with the year's Special Award of Merit.
Diplomas were awarded by Robbie Dooley, FCHS West Campus administrator.
Other students receiving their ISAEP diplomas are Steven Blake Brown, Jon Michael Dechauny, Shane Louis Gonzalez, Dylan Jacob Hale, Jacob Ryan Henderson, Chelsea Nile Jones, Megan Justina Joseph, Morgan Danielle McNeely, Rodney Scott Mullins, William Michael Nipper, Michael Bodie Sigmon, Sergia Naria Soto, Matthew Dale Stevens, Bailey Noel Turner, Cameron DiAngelo Turner, Justin Brent Unrue, Jasmine Witcher and Tyler Wayne Wright.
