A Henry woman will serve no jail time for selling prescription drugs.
Mary Noe, 59, was sentenced to 10 years in prison Monday in Franklin County Circuit Court, but Judge W.N. Alexander II suspended the prison sentence.
The suspended sentence is contingent upon her actions during two years of probation and eight years of good behavior.
She was also ordered to make restitution of $160 to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, and her driver's license was also revoked for 12 months.
Noe pleaded guilty in February to two charges of hydrocodone distribution. A third distribution charge was dismissed through a plea agreement.
The charges against Noe stem from controlled buys of hydrocodone, arranged by the sheriff's office, at her residence on July 5, 2013, Aug. 14, 2013, and Aug. 15, 2013, according to prosecutor Dwight Rudd.
