Fraud, illegal drug possession, theft and child abuse are among indictments returned Monday by a Franklin County grand jury.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt. It is a determination by jurors that enough evidence exists to warrant a trial.
Indictments returned by the grand jury:
•Patricia Newby Angle, possess methamphetamine, Nov. 12, 2013.
•Joseph Kent Arrington, fail to appear in Franklin County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court while charged with a felony, Jan. 7.
•Patrick Wayne Bolt, operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other self-administered intoxicants having been convicted previously on two or more occasions within the last 10 years, April 14, 2013.
•James Thomas Bradley, break and enter the dwelling house of another person with the intent to commit larceny, Nov. 18, 2013.
•Alan Michael Crook, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value of less than $200 after having been convicted two or more times of larceny, Oct. 10, 2013.
•Lauren Alicia Foresee, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Oct. 31, 2013; and injure and destroy property having a value of less than $1,000, Oct. 31, 2013.
•Andrew Howard Gettier, with the intent to maim, disfigure, disable or kill, cause bodily injury to a child under the age of 18, Sept. 29, 2013; while being a parent, guardian or a person responsible for the care of a child under the age of 18 did show a reckless disregard for the life or health of such child by a willful act, omission or refusal to provide necessary care, Sept. 29, 2013; and assault and batter a child under the age of 18 who is a family or household member, Sept. 29, 2013.
•Sally Louella Hale, possess Methamphetamine, Dec. 8, 2013.
•Cristobal Cruz Martinez, operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other self-administered intoxicants having been convicted previously on three occasions within the last 10 years, Nov. 20, 2013; refuse to permit a sample of blood or breath to be taken to determine the alcohol or drug or both drug and alcohol content of the blood, Nov. 20, 2013; and drive a motor vehicle on a highway after the accused driver's license had been suspended or revoked or after the accused had been directed not to drive by the court, Nov. 20, 2013.
•Carol Ann Mays, with the intent to defraud, sell personal property upon which there was a lien, May 17, 2013; and with the intent to defraud, did under false pretense obtain money having a value less than $200, May 17, 2013.
•Ashley Nicole Trail, possess Hydromorphone, Oct. 31.
•James Paul Trent, take, steal and drive away a motor vehicle having a value in excess of $200 and being the property of an auto sales business, April 24, 2013.
•Dustin Lee Turner, attempt to obtain Hydrocodone by fraud, deceit, misrepresentation or subterfuge, Oct. 15, 2013.
•Patricia Wright, abuse or neglect an incapacitated adult while having the responsibility for the incapacitated adult, May 10, 2013.
