An Endicott man will serve nine years and six months of a 40-year sentence for selling methamphetamine.
Timothy Lee Underwood, 39, pleaded guilty Monday in Franklin County Circuit Court to four felony counts of distributing methamphetamine.
One additional distribution charge and one conspiracy charge were dismissed as part of a plea agreement, according to Franklin County Commonwealth's Attorney Tim Allen.
Underwood was also sentenced to five years probation, during which time he cannot use alcohol or drugs, and ordered to be of good behavior for 40 years.
Underwood was also ordered to pay $1,200 restitution to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office for money used to purchase the drugs through controlled buys, Allen said.
Underwood's criminal record includes convictions for burglary, grand larceny and felony destruction of property.
