A Rocky Mount woman was sent to jail Tuesday until she is evaluated for the Department of Corrections Detention and Diversion program.
Whitney Renee Isner-Dillon, 27, pleaded guilty in June to three counts of distributing Oxycodone and Hydrocodone.
Isner-Dillon entered the pleas through an agreement with the commonwealth's attorney's office.
Isner-Dillon had originally been charged with two counts of felony distribution of Oxycodone. However, through a plea agreement, the two distribution charges were reduced to accommodation charges, one felony and one misdemeanor.
A third charge of felony distribution of Hydrocodone was not changed through the plea agreement.
If Isner-Dillon does not qualify for the diversion and detention center program, she must enter into a 12-month residential drug treatment program, according to Circuit Court Judge W.N. Alexander II.
The drug sales occurred on Aug. 24, Oct. 29 and Nov. 7, 2012.
Franklin County Commonwealth's Attorney Tim Allen and the defense attorney agreed that Isner-Dillon has a drug addiction problem and needs some type of drug treatment.
