A teenager who ran away from her Rocky Mount residence three weeks ago was found in Montgomery County early Wednesday morning.
Taquilla Rashae Hall, 17, was found during a traffic stop about 2 a.m. Wednesday, according to Investigator Sandra Ingram with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.
Hall was in a vehicle with two adult males from West Virginia and a juvenile female from Virginia Beach, Ingram said. No charges have been filed, but the investigation remains active.
Hall had lived at a residence on Friendly Street for about 6 months, Ingram said. Before that, she lived in Montgomery County.
Hall was last seen at her Rocky Mount residence on Aug. 1. When she left home, she took most of her personal items with her.
Hall is currently in the custody of the Radford City Department of Social Services, Ingram said. She will not be returned to Franklin County.
