Illegal drug distribution, malicious wounding, grand larceny and embezzlement were among the indictments returned by a Franklin County grand jury Monday.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt, but it is a determination by jurors that enough evidence exists to warrant a trial.
Indictments returned by the grand jury:
•Christopher Adam Angel, with the intent to defraud, obtain money under false pretense having a value in excess of $200, between Nov. 6 and Nov. 28, 2012.
•Tyshawn Maurice Benguche, with the intent to maim, disfigure, disable or kill, cause bodily injury to another person, March 28.
•Gregory Denton Boardwine, communicate in writing a threat to kill or do bodily injury to another person, March 12.
•Carl Wesley Brown, possess Methamphetamine, Jan.
•Donna Jodi Hale, use, dispose of and embezzle money or check which she was entrusted to by her employer, with the embezzlement being in excess of $200, Jan. 27 to Feb. 6.
•Nicholas Allan Hamm, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Jan. 30; and injure and destroy property having a value of less than $1,000, Jan. 30.
•Jessica Christine Justus, use, dispose of and embezzle money or checks which she received or were entrusted to on behalf of her employer with the embezzlement being in excess of $200, Nov. 15, 2012.
•John Henry McBride, operate a motor vehicle after being deprived of the right to do so after committing this offense within 10 years and after having two or more prior violations, Jan. 27.
•Derek Lamoyne McCollum, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value of $200, Jan. 30; and injure and destroy property having a value less than $1,000, Jan. 30.
•Robert Paul Rymanski Jr., possession of marijuana after having previously been convicted of the same charge, Jan. 4.
•Jessica Hancock Shelton, with the intent to defraud, attempt to obtain by false pretense more than $200 from an insurance company, May 24, 2011.
•Savanna Marie Skillman, three counts of forge a check, March 25 and March 26; and three counts of utter a forged check, March 25 and March 26.
•Gary Lynn Smith, possession of Methamphetamine, Feb. 23.
•John David Weddle, two counts of take, steal and carry away U.S. currency and other goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, March 9.
•Morgan Renee Wilkinson, fail to appear in Franklin County Circuit Court while charged with a felony, March 7.
•Cody Matthew Williams, while being over the age of 18, carnally know without force a child at least 13 years old but under the age of 15, Feb. 15.
