MARTINSVILLE -- Ian Hamrick and Cameron Clary scored goals for Franklin County Friday night in leading the Eagles to their first win of the season -- a 2-1 triumph over Martinsville in a non-district boys' junior varsity soccer match at Dan Greene Memorial Stadium.
The Bulldogs (0-1) lost their 2013 season opener.
Marcos Villegas distributed an assist for FCHS (1-0-2).
Reserve netminder Nelson Spicer registered five saves for the Eagles.
