A Henry man will serve 17 months of a 12-year sentence for selling prescription drugs and marijuana.
Ronald David Webb, 57, pleaded guilty in December to one count of selling oxymorphone and one count of distribution of marijuana.
Webb was sentenced Tuesday in Franklin County Circuit Court to eight years on the prescription drug charge and four years on the marijuana charge, according to Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Robert Deatherage.
Judge W.N. Alexander II suspended all but 17 months of the sentence.
Webb was also sentenced to three years probation, Deatherage said.
The charges stem from a controlled purchase arranged by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office on May 10, 2012, and a search warrant that was executed at Webb's residence on May 21, 2012, according to Sgt. Tim Taylor. |
