A Henry man will serve three years in prison for selling cocaine.
Ricky Lee Stout Jr., 30, pleaded guilty in November to one felony count of distributing a controlled substance.
Judge W.N. Alexander II sentenced Stout to six years in prison but suspended three years of the sentence.
Stout was also ordered to enter drug treatment, obtain his GED (General Educational Development) diploma and be of good behavior for 12 years, according to Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Robert Deatherage.
Stout was also sentenced to three years probation and ordered to continue drug treatment through the probation office, Deatherage added.
Stout has two felony juvenile convictions on his record, Deatherage said.
The charge stemmed from a controlled drug buy arranged by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office on June 25, 2012.
