The Moneta Garden Club recently presented a check for $835 to Linda Imirie for Lake Christian Ministries. The funds were raised during a white elephant auction at the club's Christmas luncheon. The club's next meeting will be held on Feb. 18 at noon at the Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Earl Morris, a member of the Virginia Bluebird Society, will provide an overview of the decline and current progress in the recovery of this beautiful songbird.
