Theft, forgery, obtain money falsely among grand jury indictments

Breaking and entering, theft, obtaining money under false pretense and forgery were among indictments returned by a Franklin County grand jury Monday.

An indictment is not a finding of guilty, but is a determination by jurors that enough evidence exists to hold a trial.

Indictments returned by the grand jury:

•Nicholas Von Altice, unlawfully possess a concealed weapon, this time being a second or subsequent offense, Aug. 23, 2012.

•Christopher Adam Angel, obtain money under false pretense having a value in excess of $200 with the intent to defraud, Dec. 12, 2012.

•Alan Arant, receive stolen goods having a value in excess of $200, knowing at the time the goods were stolen, July 1, 2011.

•Christopher Ashby, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Oct. 9, 2012; and break and enter a dwelling house with the intent to commit larceny, Oct. 9, 2012.

•Eli Nehemiah Bookout, nine counts of forge a check with the intent to defraud, between Dec. 10 and Dec. 27, 2012; and nine counts of utter a forged check, between Dec. 10 and Dec. 27, 2012.

•Wayne McKinley Burgess, obtain money under false pretense having a value in excess of $200 with the intent to defraud, Nov. 25, 2011.

•Chad Allen Burnopp, break and enter a storage building with the intent commit larceny, Sept. 26, 2012; and take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Sept. 26, 2012.

•Clarence Eugene Cobbs, possess a controlled substance not obtained by a valid prescription, Nov. 4, 2012.

•Matthew Converse, break and enter a dwelling house with the intent to commit larceny, Nov. 5, 2012; and take steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Nov. 5, 2012.

•Kristy Lynn David, willfully conceal goods or merchandise having a value of less than $200 with the intention of converting goods or merchandise to her own use, Oct. 27, 2012.

•Tina Marie Garden, three counts of make, draw, or utter a check with the intent to defraud, knowing at the time there were insufficient funds in the account to pay, between May 27 and May 30, 2012.

•Edrie J. Gullion, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Dec. 10, 2012.

•Courtney Glenn Hall, possess a firearm after having been convicted on a non violent felony within 10 years, Dec. 9, 2012; and possess marijuana, Dec. 9, 2012.

•Lonnie Ray Hall Jr., take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Oct. 9, 2012; and break and enter a dwelling house with the intent to commit larceny, Oct. 9, 2012.

•Antoine Demond Harper, operate a motor vehicle after his privilege to drive has been suspended or revoked, Oct. 14, 2012; operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other self-administered intoxicants, Oct. 14, 2012.

•John S. Lumsden, two counts of maliciously shoot, stab, wound or otherwise cause bodily injury to a companion animal with the intent to maim, disfigure, disable or kill such animal, Dec. 4, 2012; and two counts of torture, ill-treat or willfully inflict inhumane injury or pain not connected with bona fide scientific or medical experimentation or did cruelly or unnecessarily beat, maim, mutilate or kill an animal belonging to another, Dec. 4, 2012.

•Terry Lynn Markham, refuse to have a sample of his blood or breath or both blood and breath taken for chemical tests to determine the alcohol or drug content of his blood. The accused did unreasonably refuse within 10 years of two prior convictions for driving while intoxicated, Sept. 6, 2012.

•Michael Brent Martin, three counts of take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, between Sept. 22, 2012 and Sept. 26, 2012; two counts of obtain money by false pretense less than $200, Sept. 15, 2012 and Sept. 25 2012; and two counts of trespass after being forbidden to do so, Sept. 26, 2012 and Sept. 27, 2012.

•Paul Wayne Moore, fail to appear in Franklin County Circuit Court after being charged with a felony, July 12, 2012.

•Aaron Morgan Perdue, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Nov. 21, 2012.

•Marvin Lewis Powers Jr., take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Sept. 17, 2012.

•Timothy David Quinn, break and enter a building with the intent to commit larceny, Oct. 1, 2012; take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value of less than $200, Oct. 1, 2012; and injure and destroy property having a value of less than $1,000, Oct. 1, 2012.

•Ronnie Robertson, two counts of fail to collect or truthfully account for and pay over the meals tax imposed by Franklin County. The two months that the meals taxes were not paid were October and November, 2012.

•James Steve Robinson, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Dec. 28 , 2012.

•Bridgett Dawn Rucker, take, steal and carry away a firearm having a value in excess of $200, Sept. 25, 2012; take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Sept. 26, 2012; two counts of obtain money under false pretense with the value being less than $200, Sept. 15, 2012 and Sept. 25, 2012; and two counts of trespass after having been forbidden to do so, Sept. 26, 2012 and Sept. 27, 2 012.

•Shannon Lee Saari, forge a check with the intent to defraud, Oct. 4, 2012; and utter a forged check with the intent to defraud, Oct. 4. 2012.

•Tia Fay Sizer, break and enter a dwelling house with the intent to commit larceny, Aug. 21, 2012; and take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value in excess of $200, Aug. 21, 2012.

•Dorothy Vanessa Underwood, operate a motor vehicle on the highway after having her license to drive suspended or revoked and having been previously convicted three or more times of driving on the highway after having her license to drive suspended or revoked within the last 10 years, Dec. 19, 2012.

•Chad Edward Wade, make a material false statement on the consent form required to purchase a firearm, July 3, 2012.

•Jamie Terrell Warren, two counts of draw, utter or deliver a check having a value of more than $200 with the intent to defraud and knowing at the time there were insufficient funds in the account to pay, June 19, 2012.

•Morgan Renee Wilkinson, take, steal and carry away goods and chattels having a value of less than $200, Oct. 27, 2012.
