THURSDAY (OCT. 11)
Storyteller Joe Tennis, author of "Ghost Legends and Tales," will present two programs at the Franklin County Library from 4 to 5 p.m. on his children's book, "Finding Franklin - Mystery of the Lost State Capitol." From 6:30 to 8 p.m., he will share stories from two of his books about Virginia.
Trinity Mission will host singing with John Grisetti at 7 p.m.
FRIDAY (OCT. 12)
The Rocky Mount Center for the Arts will hold a beginner weaving class from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $175 and includes all yarns and equipment. For more information, call 483-1317.
