Darryl and Jane Anderson of Rocky Mount are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Marie Anderson, to Christopher Allen Green, the son of Ricky and Stephanie Green of Ferrum.
Chelsea is the granddaughter of Floyd and Sandra Anderson of Rocky Mount, Pete and Ruby Brown of Rocky Mount, and the late Dixie Anderson. Christopher is the grandson of Hugh and Shirley Green of Ferrum, and Roger and Mary Jo Jennings of Pine Knoll Shores, N.C. Christopher proposed to Chelsea on a cruise ship near the Bahamas just after midnight on Jan. 1, 2012.
Chelsea is a 2008 graduate of Franklin County High School. She currently attends Ferrum College and is majoring in health sciences. She plans to attend pharmacy school in fall of 2013. Christopher is a 2007 graduate of Franklin County High School. A wedding is being planned for the summer of 2013. |
